I found this problem during a home inspection in Baltimore yesterday.
This was not viewable from the ground. It’s an easy repair now but not so easy once winter arrived and the melting snow backed up the valley and started dripping to the ceilings below. Choose an inspector who does good roof inspections and carries a ladder.
