First-time Home Buyer Inspection

I did work this morning and inspected a house for a first time home owner in Dundalk. I was glad to be there as he works several jobs and had very little time to fit in the inspection. House needs a lot of work but that is where I shine as I have lots of background in how to get the best bang for your buck when renovating such a house. I share information and ideas with my clients and I plan to offer free consultations as he embarks on the renovations. It is good to see new life spring up in some of these areas and the re-build process taking place… this client has a 2 year old and soon there will be a happy family living in the beautiful renovated home.
