Bullet holes

Bullets can and will leave holes in a roof.

This chimney top is rusted through!

This fireplace chase appeared to be twisted a bit, so I walked the roof and gave it a slight push and it almost fell off the house!

Poor installation of a furnace vent pipe. This will leak and cause damage to the interior of the home.

Improper seal at skylight was causing rot under shingles.
